I. The AI Agency Terms

By purchasing The AI Agency, you acknowledge that you are entering into a separate, one-time payment agreement with Scale Certified, 6IX Media Inc., and Jura Media Inc. The following terms specifically apply to The AI Agency:

One-Time Payment & Money-Back Guarantee Payment Structure: The AI Agency is offered as a one-time payment product.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

If you are a purchaser of The AI Agency, you are entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Upon approval, your full one-time payment for The AI Agency will be refunded, and your access will be revoked.

Exclusions:

This money-back guarantee does not apply to any subscription products, such as Agency Lab or Agency Kit.Access and Content.

Upon purchase, you will gain access to the educational resources, tools, and materials provided within The AI Agency.

You agree not to share, copy, or distribute any proprietary content included in The AI Agency without explicit written permission from Scale Certified, 6IX Media Inc. and/or Jura Media Inc.

Please note: If you purchase the AI Agency and import our website templates into your own account, the 30-day refund policy does not apply -- we can no longer provide a refund in this scenario. When the website is imported, we cannot recover it. This exception prevents taking advantage of our website import system without payment.

Business Use:

The AI Agency and The Agency Lab, alongside all products from Scale Certified, are strictly designed for business-use only. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity (whether as an established business or at the start of your business journey) and not as a private consumer. The services are designed exclusively for commercial and marketing purposes and have no practical application for personal or domestic use.

Governing Law & Amendments

This agreement for The AI Agency shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada.Any amendments or updates to these terms will be communicated and will govern your continued access.

II. Agency Lab / Agency Kit Subscription Terms (If You Have Upgraded Your Order)

By subscribing to Agency Lab or Agency Kit, you acknowledge that you are entering into a recurring, monthly payment agreement with Scale Certified, 6IX Media Inc., and Jura Media Inc. The following terms apply to these subscription products:

Subscription Details

Payment Structure: For the Agency Kit, the monthly subscription fee is seven U.S. dollars ($7).

For the Agency Lab, the monthly subscription fee is forty-seven U.S. dollars ($47).

The subscription is automatically renewed each month on the day you initially signed up.

For example, if you sign up on the 12th, you will be charged on the 12th of every subsequent month.

Payment and Renewal

You authorize automatic recurring charges via the payment method provided. In the event that you joined during a promotional trial period, the regular monthly fee will be charged upon the trial’s completion.

If timely payments are not made, your access to Agency Lab or Agency Kit may be restricted or revoked until your account is brought current. Continued nonpayment may result in permanent cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Membership Cancellation,” including your name, email address, and cancellation confirmation.

Cancellation requests must be made more than 24 hours before the next scheduled charge.

Requests made less than 24 hours prior, or after a charge has been processed, will result in cancellation effective the following month.

Refund Policy

We cannot offer refunds on Agency Lab and Agency Kit subscriptions. This is due to the depth of the programs, the software provided as well as the assets built out with our Intellectual Property. After access to the Lab / Kit, we cannot recover this IP and therefore cannot offer refunds.

Changing your mind, not achieving the desired results, or failing to fully engage with the content does not entitle you to a refund.

Agency Lab and Agency Kit subscriptions may offer a 14-day trial period at times; however, unless specifically stated, refunds are not available after this period.

Access and Confidentiality

By subscribing to Agency Lab or Agency Kit, you gain access to exclusive educational resources, coaching calls, and a community of agency-focused entrepreneurs. You agree not to share or distribute any proprietary information contained within these platforms.

Neither Agency Lab nor Agency Kit guarantees any specific results. All materials and strategies are provided “as is” without any warranty, expressed or implied.Scale Certified, 6IX Media Inc. and/or Jura Media Inc. are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of these services.

Governing Law & Amendments

This subscription agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Canada, with venue in Toronto, Canada.Updates or amendments to these terms may be made periodically, and your continued use of the subscription products will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

By purchasing The AI Agency or subscribing to Agency Lab or Agency Kit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the respective terms outlined above, along with the general Terms of Service provided by Scale Certified, 6IX Media Inc., and Jura Media Inc.
